The Story behind our Storyboard Our personas were central in the way we developed our scenario’s and subsequent storyboards. We chose to make them, in short, as three very involved users with their own sets of needs and challenges. We have created three user stories, one for each personas. The user stories help us to understand what needs are present for the different personas that we have created. The user (person with certain functional impairments) Why the user (person with certain functional impairments) persona? Based on our product idea to create a solution that can unify scheduling, communication and other needs in connection to the coordination of a person with a certain functional impairments life – we have identified three main user groups. Fortsätt läsa ”Personas”

Persons with certain functional impairments have a busy schedule, with many different people coming in and out of their lives to support, assist or just to hang out. It can be assistants that wants to set a date and time on when to go grocery shopping or book a doctor’s appointment. Family that wants toFortsätt läsa ”Our Idea!”
