How we will work together as a team
- At least once a week we will meet up to prepare:
– Next workshop
– Work on current assignment
– Plan and structure the work needed in our backlog for next week
All to make sure that we can be done by deadline - The whole team should always do their outmost to be present in the meetings
If there is holdups it should be announced as soon as possible.
To not create bottlenecks in the process, decisions will be taken by the members that are present in the meeting and announced to the members that our not present via our common chatgroup. - All meetings should have an agenda (that should be set in the previous meeting)
- All actions should be followed up and recorded
- All participants should come prepared and have worked on their actions
- All participants saying is equally important and all members should be listened to.
